Tim Hirota, like the
rest of the Hirotas, was
raised on music. And,
like the rest of the
Hirotas, was involved in
lots of music projects,
from 'The Johnsons' to 'Tita’s
one-night-stand
band' to 'Cheap Date'.
'loaf' represents Tim’s
venture into purely
original projects. He
began writing this
project in the early
part of 2000, and
completed it (with songs
to spare) in 2003. He is
currently working on the
next 'loaf' project.
Has never played with anyone famous...oh, but have you seen Rick's Bio?

Sings. Does not play
guitar.
Wrote none of the songs
on the CD. Lives,
shops and works out
religiously in Southern
California. She considers Rick the most famous person she's ever sung
with. |

Sings. Plays drums.
Plays keyboards. Gets
blisters
if he hasn't played in a
while. Manages to juggle work, family and drumsticks with the greatest of
ease. Lives with his
wife and kids in
Southern California. Would really like to be associated with someone
famous. Takes some comfort in the fact that, at least for now, Rick is. |
Sings. Plays neither
drums nor
guitar. Has many
tattoos. Designs surf wear. Lives with his
kids in Southern
California. Used to sing in an alternative band though not as well-known
as the ones Rick has been in. |

Thanks To: Mom and

Sings backup. Plays no
instruments and gets
terrible
stage fright. Finds comfort in her vices of golf, single-malt
scotch, cigars and
Martha Stewart. Lives
in Southern
California while daughter, Dani goes to college in Hawaii. Thought she might have sung with someone famous
once but they
turned out to be a band that covers Rick's songs. |

Plays bass. He has played with Tim and
Pete since the mid 1980's. Being one of the few with no vocal credits
on the Damascus project, Brian does sing. However, the initial attempt
to record his voice left two producers sterile and sent a recording
engineer running away to join the monks at the Brotherhood of the
Blessed Cathedral of Silence. A second recording session was never
attempted. Checks Rick's other website out on a regular basis to
see if there has been any new famous people added. |
The youngest member of the band, Jeff Halili joined in 2001 as the second
guitarist. He previously worked as guitarist and drummer with singer and
former schoolmate, Dominic Hirota.
Interests include: golf
(shoots
in the 80's), Reality TV, football, computers, food, coffee and family.
Lives in Orange County with wife, Leilani and son, Caden. Was once
the president of Rick's fan club.
